HR - Set default current payroll to Hourly

During setup - an organization should have the option under Current Payroll to define the default to hourly and on occasion to salary when needed. Our employee base of 389 is set primarily hourly with EWS timesheets for grant purposes and auditor reporting.

Can you provide us with a more detailed example of what you are trying to accomplish with a default setup to hourly that can be changed on occasion to salary?
