Disable Hours Changing with Arrow keys and Mouse scroll in EWS Timesheet 6

In Time Entry, EWS Timesheets cells allow arrow keys and mouse scroll to change the input number, which has been cumbersome. Could the arrow keys and mouse scroll not be coded to work as in Excel? In Excel, for example, arrow keys move cursor to other cells without altering numbers, and mouse scroll wheels move page, not change numbers in fields. I question the need for arrow keys and mice changing hours in a timesheet as a functionality. Attached is the cell sensitivity verbiage we use in our Standard Operating Procedures.
