A/P EFT Payments : have a delay in sending notices to A/P vendors until the file is uploaded

  I think they are referring to the fact that as the ACH file is built, emails send simultaneously to vendors. Maybe you want to build the ACH file, but don't want the emails sent just yet. If you're for some reason holding off on uploading the file to the bank until Monday, but all your emails went out with the file build process on Friday, those vendors will start contacting you wanting to know where their money is.

  Can you provide a little more information on how you would like this to work? As a suggestion, you could add a notification in your email message that there might be a 2 day delay before settlement arrives.
