Payroll Voucher templates - Allow additional State Withholding & Year-to-Date columns

It would be nice to add coding to be able to include additional withholding total for State onto the PR Voucher template. I've been having employees request this and as of now all that can be added is Federal.
I have also had employees requesting an additional withholding YTD column be added to the vouchers which is also unavailable at this time.
Both of these options would be great to have.
