Thank you for your suggestion. This functionality exists today and there are several places in the Vendor record that you can store information.

There are places (like notes) to store information, but this isn't what the request is asking. A tab under vendor maintenance specific for vendor insurance would be nice that has specified fields for information such as how much General Liability Insurance they have, when the cert of ins expires, etc. Fields that are available for printing a list of vendor ins expirations, etc.

You can create User Defined Fields in the Vendor record to store this additional information you are wanting to track. You can refer to Knowledge Base article KB# 26036 and KB# 9386. If you would need additional assistance to create the User Defined Fields, please contact the Customer Support team.
