Ability to set my Time Zone as Unposted GL Transaction document time defaults to CST

When the report body includes Document Created Date/Time or Document Modified Date/Time the time defaults to CST, being on PST this gets confusing and not very helpful when verifying times. I would like to have the option to set the time to my time zone.
