We Need to duplicate MIP Classic .csv report of AR Aging data via APIs for Florida PALM Project

The AR Aging Report data as produced by the Classic UI **as a .csv output** needs to be made accessible from the MIP APIs so that automated solutions to integrate MIP and Florida PALM become feasible.
