EWS Password reset

Employees should have a "Forgot Password" so that they can manage their passwords when they are forgotten. We spend way too much time re-setting accounts to change passwords so employees can then get logged in and reset their own.

Hi Sonia, Your employees are welcomed to use their account setup as a password reset solution. We will look into making this process easier for EWS users.
