Consistent code naming throughout

Instead of using "code" (Employee Info>Earnings Tab>”Code”); "earning code" (maintain>timesheet setup>employee time sheet settings); and "wage code" (EWS Action>time entry) .... call them one name for consistency.

Likewise, there could be consistency with "Distribution Code" (Employee Info>Earnings Tab>Distribution Code) being the same as "Earnings Cost Center" (maintain>timesheet setup>employee cost centers>default earnings cost center) and "cost center" (EWS Action>time entry).
Could call them all "Cost Center" for consistency.
