Leave code with flat amount to occur first payroll of the calendar year

We have a flat amount leave code that is front loaded at the beginning of the calendar year and is not allowed to be carried over. I love to see this capability in HR and MIP.

Thank you for the suggestion! We'll put this one out for voting. In the meantime, you could use the 'mass update' to accomplish this same result.
