Time Entry auto fills from Schedule

Is it possible to set a standard schedule for an employee, and have that auto populate in the timesheet. IE, employee is scheduled from 8am to 430pm with a lunch from 12pm-1230pm, time entry shows up with this auto filled. Employee can then alter anything that needs changing for that day, or submit as scheduled.
