EWS Timesheet 7 Changed to 5 minute increments

In order to avoid costly employee lawsuits regarding their time being rounded to the quarter hour, we would like EWS Timesheet #7 to be expanded from 15 minute increments to 5 minute increments. Timesheets II & V don't work for us because it requires the employee to be logged into our server to punch in and out. We are not always at our computers connected to the server when we start and stop our work times.
