Link/limit earning codes to cost centers in EWS timesheets

There are some earning codes that should only be used with specific cost centers and vice versa and so I would like to be able to link the earning codes to cost centers/distribution codes or be able to limit which earning codes are seen by specific employees to limit confusion and overwhelmed/crowded timesheets in EWS.
