Add ethnic dropdown to Personal Tab>Profile Menu in EWS

Include the ethnic dropdown and Hispanic checkbox in the Personal Tab>Personal Profile menu in EWS. This will allow employees to self-select their ethnicity and whether they are of Hispanic origin.
