Allow pay dates and pay period begin and end dates to be edited after the dates have passed for unprocessed payrolls. New implementations frequently are entering payroll in arrears after the dates have passed. If they discovery the dates created are incorrect, need to edit. Classic allows edits to the dates for unprocess payrolls.
