Allow Attachments to Be Reassigned to Different Categories/Subcategories After Upload

Currently, once an attachment has been uploaded and assigned to a category in MIP Cloud, there does not appear to be an option to move or reassign that attachment to a different category. If an attachment is accidentally assigned to the wrong category, or needs to be reorganized later, the user must delete the original attachment and re-upload it to the correct category.

My suggestion is to add the ability to change an attachment's assigned category after it has been uploaded by either:
- Providing an option to edit or change the category assigned to an existing attachment.
- Allowing users to select and drag-and-drop an attachment from one category to another within the Attachments tab.

This would make attachment management more efficient and user-friendly.
