In Modern Bank Rec, change validation to allow longer Suspense Number and characters to be used

Suspense tab. Suspense number. There are a limited number of characters for the suspense number; however, the client can type in a long suspense number. The validation happens at SAVE. Clients could type in several lines of suspense items only to have to changes suspense numbers when they save. Suspense numbers are not always numbers. It is useful to type beginning balance rather than a number. Either have a validation (like Classic) immediately on typing the suspense number or expand the characters for suspense numbers. The description field is longer and helpful but doesn't replace the suspense number.
