Enhancement: Filter Labor Hours Allocation Method by Benefit Codes & Employee Attributes

In MIP Fund Accounting, the Labor Hours allocation method dynamically calculates percentage splits based on total hourly labor distribution in payroll history. We request an enhancement to allow filtering labor hours by Benefit Codes or Employee Attributes on the Allocation Code Method Tab.
Current Limitation
When using the Labor Hours method, the calculation automatically includes all hourly labor distribution transferred from payroll for recipient segments during the date range. MIP currently lacks a native way to isolate labor hours tied to specific subsets of personnel (e.g., benefit-eligible or full-time staff).
Proposed Enhancement
Method Tab Filtering UI: On Maintain > Allocation Codes (when Method = Labor Hours), add a Filter Criteria section allowing users to select:Benefit Codes (e.g., include hours only from employees assigned to specific active benefit codes). Employee Attributes / User-Defined Fields (e.g., Full-Time/Part-Time status, Job Code, or Position).
Calculation Logic: During Activities > Process Allocations, the calculation engine evaluates payroll history (PRHistEarningDetails) and filters hours based on the assigned employee criteria before determining the relative recipient percentage splits.
