Add standard dynamic date ranges to Account Balance and Vendor Balance screen (in Cloud)

A simple dropdown with options such as: Prior Year, Current Year-to-Date, Current Year to Last Month, Current Month, Prior Month, etc. would saves lots of keystrokes.
