Allow Vendors with multiple DBA's to be separate vendors with same EIN

We are adding on the Microix module and in doing so employees will now be selecting the vendor for the payment requests. We use vendors, primarily for housing complexes, that own multiple housing complexes, have the checks mailed to different addresses based on the complex, but the DBA name and 1099 business name isn't the same as any of the DBA's. It would be helpful to be able to create multiple vendors, based on DBA, but enter the same 1099 info in the 1099 vendor setup screens, and have the software merge the applicable 1099 information when they are issued.
