Prompt to confirm action to "post" or "delete" unposted sessions

The "Post" and "Delete" buttons on the Unposted Sessions screen should have a prompt to confirm your intent. It would also be very helpful if the buttons were farther apart to prevent unintentionally hitting the wrong button by mistake.
