Payment Setup in Vendor, show EFT information even when manual is set

Situation: We have three-person verification for all new EFT information added. When the second person checked on the old Abila version, they can see the EFT routing and bank information even though it is set to manual pay (printed check). When I (the third person check) went to the Modern Abila, there is no way for me to see what the EFT routing and bank information is because it's set to Printed Check. It would be good to have the layout like the old version with it greyed out but visible if EFT is not selected.
