Hyperlink for each transaction to pull an audit trail

It would be helpful from an audit perspective, that any transaction would have a link that you could click on to pull the audit trail of who entered, who modified, and who posted. For all transactions; API's, cash received, check batches, manual invoices, manual checks etc...
