Reports-Show Original MIP Report Template Name

In Reports, it would sometimes be helpful to know what original MIP report template any report is based on. If I create my own report, I know what original MIP template I used. When looking at other people's reports, it would be helpful to be able to see what template it was created from. This could be listed in the 'Print Report Setup'.
