Allow the Suppression of Rows/Lines with all Zeros in Reports

Within REPORTS-FINANCIAL STATEMENTS-OPTIONS TAB, please add the feature to all reports to "SUPPRESS LINES WITH ALL ZEROES". This option is currently not available for the combining balance sheet and possibly other financial reports.
