update needed for "Type" drop-down menu on "Vendor Details" tab

This suggestion is for MIP Accounting (Cloud) in the "Maintain Vendors" section. On the "Vendor Details" tab, we use the "Type" drop-down menu to choose which type of vendor they are, such as Corporation, Contractor, Employee, School, etc. There are two things I would like to do that I can't currently do. (1) We have some types that need to be made inactive because we don't use them anymore. However, there isn't a way to make them inactive. Once they're added, they're always available. (2) We have some types that need to be edited for clarity or because they have typos. However, when you edit one, it just creates a new one, it doesn't change the existing one. This makes the list even more confusing. Thank you for considering these changes!
