Apply Offset Settings

This is specifically for ARC's, but I could see it being helpful for other sources, too. Currently "Apply Offset" just applies one offset, so if there are multiple lines of code that each need an offset the amounts are combined into one offset. Our A/R person has expressed frustration with having to manually enter each line of code, which can really bog things down and open up chances for errors. Can there be an "Apply Offset Settings" where you can change how the offset works? Ideally you would be able to create an offset for each existing line of coding.
