Add notes to transactions

It would be helpful to have a notes field for all transactions as a fast and easy way to add context for entries. Attachments are OK for this purpose but it can be cumbersome to type out something in Word, only to save it and then attach it. It would be much more streamlined to enter a simple text comment as part of the transaction itself, but which is not locked when the transaction is posted, so that additional notes/context can be added at a later time.
