Provide an option to Hide Discontinued codes in all areas of MIP

Hiding discontinued codes wherever they are in the system - Fund Codes, GL Codes, Local Tax Codes etc.

I would love the ability to hide our Inactive and Discontinued Gl (and other) codes in the dropdown list so we don't see them on a daily bases. I'm new and this would help SO much.
