Make us able to see next available API session even if previous sessions were posted.

This is for our version of MIP: (Product Version 25.2.1.0, Database Version 25.2.0.0
Right now if an API session was posted and we want to go enter a new API session, we have to guess which session is the next in order chronologically. Often times staff are skipping 5 or 10 spaces and just randomly choosing API sessions.
There should be a way to quickly select the next available API session despite if previous API sessions have been posted. That way, we don't have to spend lots of time guessing and searching for the right session to use.
This helps keep our reports in order.
Currently, once an API session is posted, it's not visible to us (it's hard to figure out what the next available session would be).
