EWS-Benefit Enrollment - allow 3 decimals for Retirement deduction
We use the Benefit Enrollment to allow employees to enroll in all our benefits. For retirement, our employees elect their deduction as a percentage. This field is currently limited to 2 decimals. Please make at least 3 decimals so an employee can elect something like 2.5% which would be entered as 0.025.
This is VERY important to us because we have a matching contribution based on the employee's deferral. We want employees to enter a percentage so as their salary increases, we do not need manual adjustments to get to the percentage required for the employer match. Tina JordanWe use HR Management benefit plans>benefits>deductions to accomplish the extra decimal points with an employer match. I believe the setup starts in Fund Accounting.
