Better Tabbing and use of Arrow keys in data entry so that no mouse is needed in MIP Cloud Modern

In Cloud, when entering session info and documents, allow users to tab through every field, including check boxes. As it now stands, I can tab through some fields but then need to use a mouse for others. Related, allow the use of arrow keys for moving between fields especially in the transaction detail to move from one line to the other without having to tab through the entire line or use the mouse to jump to the same field in a different transaction line (or maybe use a function key that isn't intuitive).
