Enter AR Prepayments in MIP Cloud

When selecting the customer ID on an AR receipt, there is no option to select the Transaction Type Receipt or Prepayment.

I have attempted this many times myself and I can't seem to find a way to enter a prepayment. Will this be a future update? Until then I won't be able to use the Cloud version of MIP.

Hi Rachel,

Thank you for your suggestion! We do have plans to add this functionality to MIP Cloud and will notify all customers when it is available. In the interim, this functionality is available in both hosted and on-premise MIP Classic.
