Make Closing Account assignment a required field

It would be really helpful to have the closing account assignment be a required field. Currently, it is not flagged as one and later creates a error message when running financial reports that all accounts need to have a closing account assigned. Having this as a required field, or a note to add it elsewhere, would be extremely helpful.
