EWS Time Period Lock

Have a toggle that can "shut off" and restrict time entry in a past period that can be "closed" or "opened" by accounting. We have people that will edit or add to timesheets AFTER payroll has been ran and it causes issues.

This would be helpful if EWS would not allow time entry for a past pay period! It would also be helpful to have a way to mass lock out approvers while payroll reviewing and processing timecards. Right now we manually go in and uncheck the manager box in each of our supervisors timecard setup.
