Lock cells that are created by Distribution Codes in transaction lines on Unposted Sessions.

We cannot use Account Code Combinations as it would result in 500+ million combinations based on our segments. I already produce distribution codes, and I want a lock added in that locks the information and others cannot change it within the transaction line.

I'm going to comment on this, because that Subject line came through very odd. We want to lock out the cells in the transaction lines that are populated with data from a distribution code. This would allow our users to quickly tab through to check accuracy and fill the other required cells without worry of accidently changing something
