It would be very helpful to display a paperclip icon on documents in sessions that has an attachment. Some sessions have dozens of documents and I have to open each document in search of attached support,

This existing function (Merge playlist to play as a single track) is useful as it enables me to build commercial/sponsorship blocks that contain station imaging followed by audio messages that individually trigger ad replacement files and I can have these blocks play entirely, at set times throughout the hour. Not to take away from the idea above which is also promising, to replace the existing feature with the other proposed above (rather than have both) would take away some very useful existing functionality. -

Janine Allen, Sr. Product Manager, MIP AdminHi Candace,
Thank you for your suggestion - we have placed it up for voting.
As an alternative, you could run a report of posted or unposted transactions and include the attachment fields (Attachments and Documents Attached) in your report. You can Filter on the Attachments field=Yes or No. This might be easier than opening each document in your session.
Thank you,

Donna MergedWhen in your session and you see the list of your documents on the left hand side can a paperclip (showing there is an attachment as a person sees in email) be added so you can look at that to make sure attachment is there instead of running a report. would be a much quicker process for those that are entering the data.
