Update the amount column in Display Customer Balances
If the original invoice has been reversed, corrected, or appended, the original amount column should be updated as well based on the total amount.

Janine Allen, Sr. Product Manager, MIP AdminThe original amount is used to track the starting point of the invoice and by design this value remains unchanged to maintain integrity.
Thank you,

TashaI would suggest to add an option to see corrections/reversals made when looking at Vendor Balances, or at least give the option to attach a JV for corrections to a Vendor. In doing so, when searching for Vendor Balance, any corrections made to the invoice for that Vendor would appear and reflect in the balance (or there could be a separate section on the screen for the correction total). As it is right now, if there was an incorrect GL, Dept, Location, etc and you look up Vendor Balance, it does not show any corrections, because the JV is not attached to that Vendor. This makes it more difficult to track coding corrections, amounts adjusted, etc. for budget and audit purposes.

Janine Allen, Sr. Product Manager, MIP AdminWe would recommend that corrections are made in Accounts Payable module with a Reverse/Copy rather than as a Journal Voucher. This would allow you to see the changes that have been made to the document, and you can see them in Vendor Balances/Reports.
