HR to flag if a leave code is not assigned to the employee
The hours taken for the leave of an employee did not reflect in the leave report in HR. The system should flag/warn if there are leave codes not assigned to the employee, but are assigned in the earnings and EWS.
Ended up having a report showing incorrect leave balances because the system just allowed to process payroll with the code in EWS, but not assigned in HR.

Because there can be a wide variety of leave and earning codes, the system would not be able to flag those items. You are able to create a query in HR that would compare the earning codes to the leave codes. This would allow you to edit the codes if needed, prior to processing your payroll.
