Vendor report sorted the highest paid using the total amount

I ran a vendor payment report and sorted it using the disbursements but it will not sort by the total amount of the vendor only each of the payment details. Thus, I cannot know who's the highest-paid vendor. I tried in the options said in your KB 9566 but it doesn't work and still showing the same outcome.

If you use the MIP Modern UI and go to Maintenance >Vendors, then click on the Automated Payments Vendor Export button, you will see a column labeled "Spend Volume Last 12 Months" and "No. of Payments Last 12 Months". When you are viewing this detail, you can Select All and export the data to Excel, then sort it to see your highest paid vendors.

Alternatively in MIP Classic and Modern, you can get the highest paid Vendors by running the Check Register or Cash Journal reports. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
