Attachments - Integration with 3rd parties or links

a. SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, box.com, etc.
b. Saves on cost of storing every organization’s attachments
c. Takes away when we have to say “This org has too many attachments to move to cloud”
d. Organizations don’t need to store their attachments in two places
e. Can be a hosted-only feature for hosted adoption
f. Allows attachment links to be added to reports when exporting to make them more interactive.
i. Can display the attachment as “A, B, C, D” to avoid taking up too much space on the page. Possible checkbox to enable full links on reports.
ii. Allows it to be clickable after exporting, as well as in MIP
g. Easier decommission process for orgs who leave
h. No need to keep up with any attachment encryption requirements
i. Would integrate well with a task management feature that we’ve talked about before
j. May end up saving cost and time when attempting to implement a docusign-type feature for employee onboarding in new HR modern. SharePoint has add-ons
