Accounts Payable - Automated Invoice Creation (OCR)
This is available in many 3rd parties we work with but adding our own would avoid having to pay for a separate 3rd party and could bring in more potential revenue. AI OCR (Optical Character Recognition) in our AP invoicing process would help automate entry of invoices as they come in by scanning an image of the invoice or copying it from an email, for example, and it would use AI to help key it into MIP electronically. (Microix and Avid Xchange can do this now)
