Fix bank reconciliation module

Consistently in the bank rec module, I clear and save all the items in the "other cash items" tab. They show as cleared (checkmarks), but the balance is unreconciled by the amount of other cash items. If I leave the session and go back in, the other cash items are marked unchecked even though they had been checked and saved before leaving the session. I will then check them again and the balances reconcile.
