TammyI was on the phone with the customer support team just prior to entering this suggestion. He said there is not a way to do this. I was trying to pull a ytd report through 2/28/24 vs 2/28/25. If this can be done please send me a step by step as I need to do this for our board each time they meet.

Janine Allen, Sr. Product Manager, MIP AdminThe "Statement of Revenue and Expenditures by Period" would provide the information you are looking for. The report is located in Reports, Financial Statements, Statement of Revenue and Expenditures by Period. On the Options tab of that report setup, you would need to select Yearly for the reporting period. Your date range on the Setup tab needs to include both years.
If you need additional assistance with this report, please reach out to our Customer Support team. -

TammyI am not sure what I am doing wrong. This is what I get when I try to follow the instructions.
1/1/2024 -12/31/2024 through 1/1/2025 - 2/28/2025. I need the first one to also end on 2/28 or in the case of last year 2/29/2024. -

Janine Allen, Sr. Product Manager, MIP AdminYou could build custom columns on a Statement of Revenue & Expenditures report. We have a KB article #26366 available in our Knowledgebase that explains how to create custom columns.
Alternatively, you could run the report for each year, export it to Excel and manipulate it to see the side by side columns you would like.
