Add "Unposted Transactions" option on General Ledger Transaction detail report, or vice versa

I'd like the option of combining unposted and posted activity on a Transaction detail report. Right now, I have to manually merge the two and it is very time consuming. It is an option on the Financial Statement reports section and would be would be very helpful to include it in this Transactions section of Reports.
