Add Column for Document Created by User to Manage Sessions Screen

It would be extremely helpful to be able to have columns added to the Manage Sessions screen showing who entered and posted the sessions. Currently I have to go look up in Unposted or Posted transactions to see who entered or posted. In addition, it would be nice to be able to have customizable columns for the online view that could be added or taken away.

Sarah MergedAdd multiple columns to the Manage Sessions screen, and let users decide which columns to see and in which order. Suggestions include Effective Date, User, Document Number.
