Statement of Rev & Exp - Refresh the Column Segments error message

When I change the date on the Statement of Rev & Exp report (I have it customized with -MG at the end), it won't let me run the report and it keeps giving me an error message - "Refresh the Column Segments or Save the report to run." If I try to save, it gives me the same error message.

If I run the report without changing the date range, it will actually work.

The default report worked. The error only happened on a previously saved one. I'm not sure if it's related to a recent software update.
