Please please please adjust your support schedule for West Coast time so that someone is available in the afternoon. Not everyone is on the East Coast.

Thanks for the suggestion. We do have support hours to accommodate customers on the west coast. You may access our online resources at any time, but also please reach out to your account manager for additional 'live' support resources.

I've asked that someone calls me back at 4pm my time on two different instances and they said they would but they never called until early the next morning.
