Deposit slips

The ability to print a deposit slip from the cash receipt module would be a nice feature.

When using receipt writing feature or cash receipts, having the option to print a deposit slip for each bank account would be nice. After a session is complete, but before posting, having the option to print a deposit slip would be a time saver. The information needed is already in the system. This would save users time and would decrease the opportunity for errors.
