1099 processing in Cloud

Processing 1099's in Classic is a slow, pain-staking process. Since many of your customers primarily work in the Cloud environment it would be ideal to have all the same functionality as Classic. Please add 1099 creation and Aatrix flow-through in the Cloud environment.
